UK Standard delivery: We offer Free UK delivery –  3-5 Working Days

UK Next Day: £15.00 Next Day Delivery to the Mainland UK (for orders placed before 12pm Monday – Thursday, excl bank holidays).

International Deliveries: Shipping is calculated at Checkout – 5-8 Working Days

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirmation to show that your order is on its way to you, included will be how you can track your parcel if provided by a selected courier.

All deliveries may require a signature, this will be confimed by the courier. All UK customers have the option of having their parcel left in a safe place at your own risk – you can arrange this when the courier conatcts you regarding the delivery of your parcel.

If you have placed an order Email or phone us immediately! We will always do our best to change your address before its sent, but if your order is on its way with the courier then we cannot stop it.
Once payment has been recieved then we won’t be able to cancel your order and it will be delivered to you as scheduled. If you then wish to return it, please check how to return an item for instructions

Please contact our [email protected] to let her know you wish to return an item. Simply quote your Order Number, product, and reason for the return. You may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorized.

Once your return request has been authorized. You should have received a returns form in the parcel when it arrived, please fill in the form and package up the item and enclose the returns form inside the parcel. Please ensure that all items are including staps and tags are included as well as the original packaging. If you don’t have a returns form please email [email protected]

When returning your item, we recommend that you use a signed-for postal service, as unfortunately Notepad Leather Goods LTD cannot be held responsible for any losses in transit. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and any re-delivery charges for exchanges if the item isn’t faulty.

We will let you know when the item has been refunded and when your new item has been dispatched. Upon receipt and approval of your refund we will then process the refund, please be aware that we cannot give you a timeline of when the money will show up in your account as this depends on the individual bank accounts.
