Returns & refunds

Please contact us at [email protected] to let us know wish to return an item. Simply quote your Order Number, product, and reason for the return. You may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorized.

Once your return request has been authorized. You should have received a returns form in the parcel when it arrived, please fill in the form and package up the item and enclose the returns form inside the parcel. Please ensure that all items are including straps and tags, a small leather notebook with a snap hook are included as well as the original packaging. If you don’t have a returns form please email [email protected]

When returning your item, we recommend that you use a signed-for postal service, as unfortunately Notepad Leather Goods LTD cannot be held responsible for any losses in transit. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and any re-delivery charges for exchanges if the item isn’t faulty.

We will let you know when the item has been refunded and when your new item has been dispatched. Upon receipt and approval of your refund we will then process the refund, please be aware that we cannot give you a timeline of when the money will show up in your account as this depends on the individual bank accounts.

You can refund or exchange all unused purchases within 14 days of you receiving your parcel. Any items that are not in original condition will not be able to be returned unless faulty.

If your Handbag is faulty please contact [email protected] Depending on the inividual details we will advise on whether a refund is possible. Please include a photograph of the fault, as well as your order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
